Return & Refund Policy

At MT Body Oil Boutique, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality body oil products. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read our Return Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

1. Returns Window

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • The product must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, including any protective seals, labels, and tags.

Note: Due to the nature of body oil products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

Provide Information

Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and whether the product is damaged, defective, or if you are simply unsatisfied.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Ship the Item Back

Please securely package the product and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. We may request photographs of the damaged or defective item to help process your claim.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect order), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.
